IAA also offers the ancient martial art of Muay-Thai boxing under the instruction of Kru John Sosa. Muay Thai classes at
Aiki-Thai Camp
are primarily geared toward learning the Ancient art of Muay Thai as a practical means of self defense as well as sharpening the serious fighters' skills. Physical conditioning is strongly emphasized at the Aiki-Thai Camp, utilizing focus mitts and thai pad training for the development of hand and eye coordination. Students also train to develop power, cardiovascular endurance, and timing. See schedule Below.
Students also learn basic grappling, the clinch, take downs, and submissions to help make a well rounded martial artist.
New enrollment is always welcome, beginners to the advanced martial artist.
*Kru John Sosa has been helping spread the art of Muay Thai in the DFW metroplex since the early 90's. He has had
the privilege of training under many master instructors such as the late
